ADMISSION POLICIES FOR NEW PUPILS
PRE-SCHOOL AND GRADE SCHOOL:
A. KINDERGARTEN 1 & 2
- Age Requirement
- The age requirement for Kindergarten 1 is 5 years old and 6 years old for Kindergarten 2
- Admission Test
- All applicants are required to take a qualifying test.
- Admission Procedure:
- Application Form
The application form is available at the Registrar’s Office in the first week of December. And the following documents have to be submitted:
- Certified photocopy of Report Card or its equivalent (for Kindergarten 2 only); no grade below 80 percent in all subjects including conduct
- Birth Certificate issued by NSO (original copy and 2 photocopies)
- Latest passport size colored ID pictures (2 copies)
- Alien Certificate of Registration and/or Study Permit from the Bureau of Immigration (for foreign pupils only)
- Interview of Applicants
- The applicant will be interviewed by the guidance counselor.
- Testing
- Applicants are required to pay a testing fee of Php300.00 at the cashier’s office.
- Present the application form and the receipt of payment at the Testing Center then a permit to take the test is issued to the applicant.
- Applicants will take the test as scheduled.
- Test results are submitted to the Guidance Office and the Guidance Counselors will give reservation slips to qualified applicants.
- Payment of Reservation Fee
- Qualified applicants are required to pay a reservation fee of Php1,000.00 at the cashier’s office which is non-refundable, non-transferable but deductible from the tuition fees in the second grading period. Failure to pay the reservation fee forfeits the applicant’s slot in school.
- Enrollment
- Reserved applicants shall enroll on the scheduled dates of enrollment.
- GRADE 1 TO GRADE 5 APPLICANTS
- Age Requirement for Grade 1
- All applicants for Grade 1 must be 7 years old.
2. Admission Test
- All applicants are required to take a qualifying test.
3. Admission Procedure

- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Birth Certificate issued by NSO (original copy and 2 photocopies)

- Alien Certificate of Registration and/ or Study Permit from the Bureau of Immigration (for foreign pupils only)
b. Interview of Applicants
- The applicant will be interviewed by the guidance counselor.

- GRADE 6 APPLICANTS
- The school does NOT accept application for Grade 6.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR RESIDENT PUPILS
- Upon enrollment in May, the following procedure should be followed:
- Submission of the original uncancelled Report Card (Form 138) and certificates of pupils who took up summer remedial classes as completion of their academic deficiencies and fill up the enrollment form at the registrar’s office.
- Payment of the Enrollment and PTA fees
- Submission of the Enrollment Form at the Registrar’s Office
- Issuance of Temporary ID/Admission Slip
