General Admission Requirements
GRADE SCHOOL
1. Kinder I and II, Grades I to V
• Must be 5 years old (Kinder I)
• Must be 6 years old (Kinder II)
• Must be 7 years old (Grade I)
• Report Card or Form 138 (1st up to 4th grading period where applicable) duly signed by the principal.
• Original copy and two (2) photocopies of Birth Certificate
• Certificate of Good Moral Conduct (Grade 2-5 applicants only)
for Aliens: ACR and BID Study Permit
latest 2” x 2” ID picture (3 copies)
Note: No grade below 80% per subject.
1.2After the submission of all the credentials, the applicant is scheduled for interview and entrance test.
1.3Qualified applicants are required to pay a reservation fee which is non transferable, non-refundable but deductible from the tuition fees. Failure to pay the reservation fee forfeits the applicant’s slot in the school.
2. Resident pupils are required to submit the Report Card upon enrolment.
